Duration of treatment

Personal data will be processed:

  • to the extent strictly necessary for the fulfillment of legal obligations to which CHC Business Solutions AG is subject;
  • as long as the legitimate interest of CHC Business Solutions AG continues, if the processing is based on it;

This right may be exercised when the data is processed by automated means and the processing is based on your consent, a contract to which you are a party or contractual measures related thereto.

How secure is user data

Data collected and saved are treated confidentially and, through technical and organizational precautions, protected from loss and manipulation as well as unauthorized access by third parties.
